Summary
“Shit- ow, ow,” Kaveh whined pathetically as he attempted to raise his arms above his head in a simple stretch, one that only seemed to bring him more misery.
“Would you like help?” Alhaitham asked as he flipped the page. He was careful to keep his tone disinterested, lest Kaveh grow suspicious of his intentions.
“When are you ever helpful?” Kaveh grumbled in response, splaying his hands cautiously over his lower back with a hiss.
It wasn’t an agreement, but it also wasn’t a denial – just one of the many contradictions that made up Kaveh. Alhaitham closed the book whose title he'd already forgotten and set it on the coffee table as he pushed himself up to stand, satisfied enough with Kaveh's non-answer.
“I’ve been known to commit an altruistic act every now and then,” Alhaitham hummed.
Kaveh has been in pain recently, and Alhaitham has a solution in mind. His plan works as intended – Kaveh starts to trade his bad habits for healthier ones, but that’s not all that changes. Kaveh is acting friendlier, or perhaps something more than friendly. Alhaitham is skilled at weathering Kaveh’s contempt – he’s not sure he can survive Kaveh’s affection.

Summary
Kaveh picks up a new habit to help him concentrate: lollipops.
Alhaitham, tragically, will never know peace again.Gritting his teeth and shooting a glare up at the heavens, Alhaitham tried not to watch as Kaveh slowly slipped the lollipop past his plush, pink lips.
He failed.
Alhaitham waited for Kaveh to find his usual rhythm, a slow drag back and forth along his tongue - but instead, Kaveh only pressed it further into his mouth until it nearly disappeared.
Without thinking, mind numb with desire as every drop of blood in his body drained from his brain and joined together to form a riot in his pants, Alhaitham muttered, “Fucking hell, do you really not even have a gag reflex?”
He should have been able to hold it in. After all, he’d spent thirty long years building up his self-control.
Unfortunately, Alhaitham had been reduced to the cognitive capacity of a fungus.
