This was a fact that Izuku had learned when he was blessed with his little sister when he was only a year old. Knowing how his sister can get, he probably should’ve warned his classmates about her when she started at UA, but it really just slipped his mind.
Oh well, they can figure it out by themselves, right? After all, they do look alike.
