Summary
Oriente ha sido, desde siempre, cuna de civilizaciones. Desde los albores de los tiempos, cuando inexpertos hombres decidieron partir y abandonar la tierra que les había visto nacer y crecer, desarrollarse –el desierto–, Oriente fue hogar de numerosos grupos humanos. Sociedades, pueblos y, posteriormente, civilizaciones.
Siguiendo el paso del tiempo, los pueblos y los asentamientos evolucionaron al mismo ritmo que sus moradores. Los hombres, primero rudimentarios, cazadores-recolectores, ahora se habían vuelto sedentarios, expertos agricultores y ganaderos, y creadores de incipientes ciudades-Estado.
Una de esas ciudades-Estado era Persépolis.
Pero todas las ciudades-Estado, inevitablemente, tenían el mismo destino. Un enemigo más poderoso –ajeno, intruso– acababa llegando a las puertas y conquistando el territorio, reclamándolo para sí y acabando con la familia reinante. Persépolis encontró su final durante el reinado de Vinsmoke Judge, familia que había gobernado la ciudad desde hacía generaciones, a manos de Monkey D. Luffy.
