    Most of all, however, it was his hand at your side that remained consistent.

    He never directly alluded to it. Never once did he make it clear that it was intentional. You knew it was— you weren't stupid. But it sure as hell made you second guess his intentions.

    Jax likes to casually engage in physical touch with you.
    You're not quite sure why. Not until a certain jester puts it into question.

    Getting to know Ragatha was a gradual process. You'd warmed up slowly, taking your time to adjust. She saw this, and allowed you your space, but she continued to make an effort to include you at any point possible. Your first impression didn't appear to sour her mood when around you, but you took note of how she always kept an eye on you, concern tugging at her whenever you came to a difficult road.

    It was charming. She was a charming little thing, and you weren't sure the others had ever told her such.

    When joining the circus, the first thing you'd said were some harsh words in a certain ragdoll's direction.
    Desperate to make it up to the sweetheart, you find a way to do just that. It's a little more intimate than anticipated, however.
