Summary
He's always been a bit weird about pain, he knows that. Knows that he can take more of it than most other men, that he’s proud of how much of it he can take. He’s not ashamed of that; he uses it, takes advantage of the edge it gives him in a fight.
But this, the way he gets when he does this… it’s something else entirely. It makes him feel smaller. Fragile. Breakable, cracked open. Makes him want to be good, to be held, to be wanted in return.
Zoro likes men, he likes pain, and he likes being marked. He gets his fix of all three from sparring with his oblivious straight crewmate Sanji, and that's enough... until it isn't.

“So,” Kaminari said, voice hoarse and thin, “good news, he’s not trying to bribe you.”
Kirishima made a pleased little trill in his throat, smiling against Kaminari’s skin.

Summary
Kaminari liked to think of it as his second quirk, he could spot the kids who have it easy a mile away. And almost everyone in class 1-A had it easy. Of course some still had it harder than others and life’s always gonna be a bitch no matter who you are, but everyone in his class knew what it was like to be loved unconditionally. He could see it in the way they spoke and the way they carried themselves. Like they belonged.
Kaminari had never been so lucky.
Or: Kaminari hasn’t had an easy life, and the Bakusquad find out just how hard it’s been for him after his dad misses parents evening. However, Kaminari rejects their sympathy and is sick of them underestimating him. He wants to prove himself, but it’s hard when no one will help him.

Denki finally gets to see Katsuki after watching him die in the war. Comfort ensues…
snippet: There’s a searing, aching pain deep in his chest every time he wakes up. He’s woken up a few times now. Once being carried through the hospital, because he remembers the rush all around him. The clattering of the wheels, multiple doctors and nurses talking all at once, he’s sure some of them were talking to him. He couldn’t quite catch what they were saying. He was completely delirious for a while after that.
The second time, he woke up with less of an ache. It was still there, but dulled. He could hear the heart monitor next to him as he blinked himself awake, sitting up, heart suddenly racing. In the next few seconds his parents were kneeling by him, holding him, desperately trying to keep him steady. He had a full blown panic attack, and they were desperately attempting to soothe him as the world came crashing back.
