Summary
Three months ago, Lan Xichen introduced Wei Wuxian by bringing him to Lan Wangji’s office and saying, “Wangji, this is our new teen librarian. I’m sure you’ll be happy to show him around since you’ll be working closely together.” Lan Wangji did not and does not feel that this was in any way an adequate introduction to Wei Wuxian.
Featuring: critical librarianship, rabbit-themed office supplies, and an elderly cat named Bunny.

Summary
Since he was a child, since Lan Wangji had first become aware of his own alienating effect on others, he has long resigned himself to a loveless marriage. Perhaps even a companionate one, so long as his partner was agreeable and unbothersome and let him have his own space.
He could not have even begun to predict Wei Wuxian.
(A canonverse arranged marriage fic.)

Summary
After so many reincarnations and reunions, Wei Wuxian’s soul is so attuned to Lan Zhan’s soul that all it takes for Wei Wuxian to remember his past lives is making eye contact with Lan Zhan.
The problem is that Lan Zhan is immortal, and has been for millenia. Wei Wuxian is not.

Summary
And yet, day by day it gets easier. The pain ebbs into something softer, more bittersweet. Jiang Cheng stops flinching at any reminder of Wei Wuxian when they visit. Lan Wangji mentions his name without curling into himself protectively. The rage, the guilt, that Jiang Yanli has carried, it starts to ebb away.
She frets over it, perhaps irrationally. She worries that she is forgetting, forgetting that Wei Wuxian is someone worth remembering.
It doesn’t help that they can’t find any trace of Wei Wuxian’s soul.
