Perhaps this should have been read slowly and during the christmas season, but instead I’ve inhaled this in a day during a heatwave in summer. It was just too good to put down. I don’t think I’ve ever read a fic where the Lans were so many and so nice, and I loved it. Felt like I fell i. love with them along with Wei Ying. Welp, will have to revisit this at christmas!

Loved this fic. LWJ fell so hard, and the summary quote really shows how adult LWJ is different from teen LWJ meeting WWX, just unapologetic in his interest. But it still explored his growing acceptance of wanting intimacy, reading the "On Intimacy" book, which was brilliant.
Also, this quote I love: "He had been lost, and Wi Ying had found him. "No, you weren't lost. You were growing to be the Lan Zhan for me."" -
