Summary
When he looked up, Luke could see the Mountain shining through the trees, and it brought him a semblance of comfort. That's where home was for the last eighty years, and just as he was ready to fight for those inside then, he was ready to do so now. It was a short time for an Elven lifespan, and yet it had felt like an eternity had passed since that one fateful meeting.
(Dinluke Hobbit fusion, with Din as King Under the Mountain and Luke as his Elven husband, set before, during, and after the decisive battle of the War in the North in TA 3019. Loosely adapted)

“I don't know any of those tales,” Din admits honestly. “Only that Eysýsla is supposed to be protected by a ghost of a warrior of the past.’
The weaver returns to her work, clearly thinking. “I can tell you a story, one that might help and might not. But you must first tell me the story of how you found a troll-child and why Christians hunt you.”
--
In an age of many gods and peculiar changes, a hunter walks across far lands, a troll-child is saved, and a memory inscribed in stone comes to life.

Summary
There lived a slug on Nal Hutta, also known as Hutt's Birthday, must have come from a time when Master Yoda was still young, Luke thinks. Everyone knows it, even people who don't speak Huttese. It's got at least seventy versions, half of which are inappropriate to sing in front of children, and all of which have the same refrain.
(Mandalorians throw a party, Luke pines after Din, and Fennec Shand sings a song)

"Let’s go get FOOD!" Inukai howls, which - when he was a kid, Kibitsuhiko used to be kind of jealous that his “handlers” could make all these noises where he was really only good at crying. He would cry and cry and they would be sort of clueless, and then one of them would try to give him candy or a kind of furry hug, or hand him a stick to beat up a fabric sack with.

"I could never have beaten you. You know that."
"Do you need to hear me say it?" Luke's faced is flushed red and Din doesn't think it's entirely from the fight. "You could never have beaten me."
A pause and then, softer, "you could never defeat me."
Din and Luke find themselves, through each other.

Summary
Luke’s grin returned, and he peeled off his own glove to reveal another glove underneath, this one black and fitted to his hand. He shoved his cold gloved hand into Din’s, shaking it firmly. “Luke Skywalker, your newest forward.”
Din hummed, dropping his hand and looking him over, head to toe, and there wasn’t much of him to look at length wise, but what was there actually had Din’s heart skipping a beat, like he was a school kid with a crush. He swallowed the feeling down and cleared his throat. Crushes on fellow players were inappropriate, no matter the level of attractiveness. “Aren’t you a little short for a hockey player?”
or, the Check, Please! inspired hockey au I've been writing for months and finally got around to finishing
