That is a photograph of Eddie Diaz's dick.

He stands up, because Eddie does not cower from knocks at — he checks his phone — 10:52 PM, even though every true crime podcast his abuela forwards him suggests this is exactly how people end up as a Dateline episode.
He looks through the peephole.
He blinks.
He looks again.
There is a man on his porch. Which, fine, he expected a man. What he did not expect is for the man to be — and Eddie needs a second here, because he’s processing several things simultaneously and doing a poor job with all of them — approximately six foot two, broad-shouldered, narrow-waisted, visibly muscular in a way that suggests either a dedicated gym routine or a genetic lottery win or both, and completely, entirely, spectacularly naked.
Except for the potted succulent he's holding in front of his crotch.

Alice gets it, she really does. She means it when she says she’s been there—the anxiety over coming out, the fear of rejection, of love unrequited. But if she can’t have that sappy happy ending, maybe at least these two can.
Call it her good deed for the year.
“You want my advice?” she asks. Eddie nods a little hesitantly. “Ruin the friendship. Trust me. It’s better that than regretting never saying anything forever. Trust me.”
Eddie shuffles on his feet. He really takes in her words. “There’s a story there, I bet,” he tries laughing off.
“Maybe, but stop deflecting.”
OR: Buck and Eddie both receive some advice from the waitress at the diner who’s been in their same situation.

Summary
The 118 are a team of mostly supernatural beings.
Buck and Eddie are inching closer to addressing that connection they have with each other that human words can't really describe. Especially now that Buck is also a vampire like Eddie.
Buck is also determined to learn Eddie's past, not just from before he joined the 118, or when Chris was born. But he asked the question Eddie always tried to avoid:
"When were you turned and how?"
Doing so results in a life changing find for Eddie that brings himself and Buck even closer!
