Summary
Tim might’ve said things started to really go off the rails around when he got stabbed. And honestly, that sucked, yeah, but it was well within the bounds of normal-bad for a night like this.
No, things started to go seriously bad when Jason’s helmet got hit by the mini-EMP device the gang of thieves had been using to try to take down the bank’s security systems. If he hadn’t lost his helmet, everything that happened afterward would’ve been so much less awful.

Summary
"Jim has seen the kid take many a hit after that, but little seems to phase him. He stays smiling even as Batman pops his shoulder back into place, wipes down a knife wound, checks him for a concussion after Killer Croc had thrown him down a fire escape. There’s no way to tell if he keeps up the act once Batman carries him away from danger, but Jim can’t help but wonder when the boy will finally break."

Summary
The thing is, he should probably cancel.
Tim knows that.
His brain's a little swimmy, the way it always gets when he's running a high fever, and he hasn't been able to swallow enough to reach the amount of caffeine needed for his usual levels of faking it.
But it isn't very often that Dick asks for his help, anymore.

Summary
Tim, stuck on comms due to a broken leg, is attacked by a familiar cowled figure in the Batcave.
The problem? Bruce is still out on patrol.
An alternate Batman stranded far from home should be nothing more than a temporary complication. Instead, Tim finds himself growing close to a Bruce Wayne who has a Dick, a Jason, but no Tim.
And some doors, once opened, are hard to close.

Summary
Reconciliation is a process that takes time. Sometimes not quite as much time as you'd think.
There's an emotional throughline of developing character dynamics over the course of the series, but I've written the vast majority of the stories to be self-contained plot-wise. There's no required reading order if you want to jump around to ones that catch your interest, though I do recommend starting with Displacement itself for background.
