Chrissy pouts, crossing her arms over her chest petulantly. It’s Halloween, and she’s bored of Tina’s Halloween bashes. Chrissy wants her last Halloween in high school to be fun. She doesn’t want to go to Tina’s. Instead, the “horror” stories that she’d been hearing about the haunted house in the middle of town had made her excited about trying something different this year.

Summary
She glances up, her eyes meeting his. Eddie flushes at being caught staring, but she glances towards the kissing booth sign, and back to him. Her mouth upticks in a shy smile before they both look away. It doesn’t last. Eddie is like a moth to a flame, and he looks at her one more time. He huffs a laugh when their eyes meet again. Another cheerleader calls her name, and she startles before finally turning away. Eddie shakes his head at the idea that her smile might have actually meant something other than kindness, something like hope.

“Eddie?! Eddie Munson?! Is that you?!”
He looks up from his umpteenth reading of The Hobbit as a sweet voice calls out to him while he’s sitting outside the Hawkins physical therapy office. Eddie blanches in shock as his wet dream comes to life right before his eyes. Chrissy Carver née Cunningham bounds toward him, and he’s transported to himself as a pre-teen. The reaction is immediate; his dick chubs, and he has to cross a calf over his thigh, and put his book over his lap to avoid suspicion.
“Uhm, yeah—yes,” he coughs, “th—that’s me.”
She squeals happily, “it’s me! Chrissy! Chrissy Cunningham! I used to babysit you, for your Uncle Wayne!”
“Right,” he swallows, “I remember.”
