"Look. Why don't we make a deal?" Stephen leaned forward conspiringly. "I'll forget all about your thievery, and you don't bring up health care for, let's say, at least a week." With that, he sat back, satisfied.
"If you admit my thievery was necessary," Tad muttered under his breath before sighing and nodding, about to agree when he thought of something. "A work week or a normal week?" There was a whole two day difference there.
Stephen chose to not hear that first bit, and he took a sip of his water before becoming annoyed all over again.
"A normal week, Tad! Seven days!" He practically slammed his glass back down. "168 hours! 10080 minutes!" Good God.

Tad stopped flailing his arms when he saw Stephen glance at him over Bobby's shoulder. He stood there for a moment, giving another little wave to make sure he had Stephen's full attention before he put his plan into action.
First, he held up a sign proclaiming in bold letters 'Health Insurance? :D?' and pointed to each word (and the smiley face) slowly, so Stephen could read it. Then he put the sign down and held up the other item in his hand-a banana.
