Summary
Obi-Wan wasn’t sure where the fantasy came from in hindsight but at some point he became aware of the fact that Anakin wanted to eat him out after having sex. Obi-Wan kept his own desires close to his chest, while Anakin’s desires were always just one teary and pleading glance away from being known. He and Anakin both loved oral, giving and receiving it. There was not a single part of each other that the other had not already tasted.
However, when Anakin brought up the fantasy in bed one night, he had shown surprise when Obi-Wan wasn’t immediately as taken with the idea as he was.

Since Anakin’s fall, not a day went by without Obi-Wan pleading with the Force for a second chance, even though he knew it was impossible. After the news that Darth Vader was indeed Anakin, this dream only took a firmer root, becoming even more painful and desperate. And then, following his final battle with Darth Vader, Obi-Wan suddenly woke up in his bedroom at the Temple. He had received his second chance after all.
Anakin never thought about second chances. It was a futile exercise that brought nothing but endless pain and a throbbing emptiness where warmth and joy once lived. Nevertheless, upon opening his eyes in his room within the Temple walls, Anakin had no choice but to accept what was happening and begin figuring out how to set things right. And the first thing he did was make a serious mistake while talking to Obi-Wan.

Obi-Wan had stood there in the nursery, his old college shirt crumpled and in need of a wash, his hair tangled and tucked behind his ears. He needed a shower (or three), a nap (or ten), a vacation and approximately six bottles of liquor. Still, Obi-Wan’s eyes were bright, his hands on his hips and chin tilted up like he was just waiting for Anakin to comment something, daring him.
Anakin had fallen in love all over again.
When he said so, Obi-Wan blushed a beautiful pink all over his freshly bared cheeks, that defiant set of his jaw melting away.
“You look beautiful,” Anakin whispers now and runs a thumb over Obi-Wan’s cheekbone, then the dimple in his chin that he was very pleased to discover, “You’ve always looked beautiful, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t love that I get to see your whole face now.”
