Summary
Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji have been dating for a few years now. While out on a night hunt, the two are ambushed and injured. Once Wei Wuxian wakes up from his injuries, he receives the news that Lan Wangji died from the attack. What lengths will a grieving Wei Wuxian go to, to win the war against Qishan-Wen? Is Lan Wangji really dead?

Summary
Earth is in shambles, and humanity is scrambling to find sustainable planets to colonize. Luckily, they’ve found a few.
Lance McClain is a cargo pilot heading to one such planet.
On the way, he spots something strange floating in space—a wormhole. A real, honest-to-god wormhole. It could be his ticket to fame and fortune! His chance to get his family off dust-bowl Earth and onto Altea, the wondrous new planet humanity has its sights set on.
Unfortunately, Lance gets sucked into the wormhole instead. His ship gets utterly fucked. There are no communications. He’s stranded on an expansive, unknown planet, and must survive and figure out how to get home.
At first, it seems like the planet’s wealth of resources might be exactly what his family needs for a better life. But when Lance discovers there’s an entire alien civilization living there—and finds himself forming a tentative bond with a curious (and pretty) alien—he realizes the right choice might not be so clear after all.
