Summary
Left alone after the Ishvalan War of Extermination, Ahmari wanders the districts of her dead homeland until she runs into Scar, saving him from the brink of death. Scar and Ahmari soon embark on a journey, conquering the fears the war has instilled within them as they learn they cannot live without the other. But when it becomes time to kill all State Alchemists, the two are thrown into an adventure they weren’t prepared for and cannot expect to survive. Now more than ever, Ahmari needs to decide: will she hide in fear or fight against those who killed her people?
