   Summary

   The past follows him every where, hiding in every shadow and glance from strangers on the street. Vance can’t even stand being around the other victims he escaped with. He left the basement hoping for life to be good again, yet his father was no where to be seen and given the chance to escape two states over and live with his uncle instead, Vance leaves Denver and hopes he can escape his past.
