Lan Zhan freezes.
The man on the sofa is familiar. Dressed in tight leather pants, a red fishnet top with an insanely deep plunge and a black leather jacket, he sits there like he owns the place – surrounded by several women caressing his bare chest and playing with his long ebony hair. A girl in front of him performs a lap dance, but, seeing Lan Zhan, the man unceremoniously shoves her out of the way without as much as a glance.
“Isn’t it Lan-fucking-Zhan?” Wei Ying smiles wide as he shouts over the loud music, but his silver gaze is devoid of any amusement or light.
After letting his college sweetheart Wei Ying go thirteen years ago, Lan Zhan meets him and his band again in a fancy nightclub. But it is no longer the same Wei Ying he used to know.
