Summary
Alastor had not slept very much the previous night.
There were likely multiple reasons for that. He had run over his plans for the day ahead so many times that if he did fall asleep, he would probably start muttering them whilst unconscious. There was also the fact that things with Lucifer were... rather tense.
Though Lucifer had not kicked him out, the king had certainly closed himself off.
