Act 1: Behind The Curtain Call
The aftermath of The Storm has indeed left scars upon scars in its wake. Blistering and flaying until all that would have been left of humanity were but marks on a rock wall.
that is, if it wasn’t for The Foundation, our own little mathematical genius and our morally grey robot. Now, it would be nice to have a nice rest, to watch the sun set without a feeling of dread. Now it’s time for the curtain call.
Not even a deep breath in, a new piece enters the board. A tower, not a pawn, queen nor bishop, a large spaceship-looking contraption not even from this era. Vertin tenses subconsciously as she only watched the ship’s metal legs dig into the sand of Apeiron and from the glass pod above was a young man inside of it. A time capsule perhaps, she wasn’t sure if she should be on guard or not.
”it is safe to come out now…whoever you are”
Vertin shouted but not loud enough for Mesmer Jr. to wake up or for Sotheby to get too curious.
The capsule’s glass pod unsheathed and from the inside sprung out a young man with lavender hair, he wore a black tank top underneath a blue jacket, black pants and golden boots, he also had a sword sheathed on his back which was something to be wary of as far as Vertin knew; people with weapons tend to be trigger-happy (ex: Lilya, An-An Lee, MedPoc etc) but oddly enough, the man was, if anything, cautious and a little broody but then simply asked.
”pardon me, but it seems I’m not in the right place…” he smiled wryly and stood a respectful distance, he seemed polite and well-mannered for someone who looked like they just got out of a war zone, scuffed knees, torn jacket and yet the only soft thing was his smile.
“You’re in Apeiron, sir” Vertin responded, tipping her hat in response as a mutual sign of respect. “You’re not from this era, aren’t you?” She asked and the man stiffened a little as if he was unsure wether to be honest or not.
”not particularly, no…” he shook his head and smiled, maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to just say his name, explain vaguely like some prophet and leave without context. Yeah good going, Trunks.
”by the way, you can just call me Trunks” he stated and gave a small bow, Vertin gave a small smile back and nodded. “Vertin, pleasure to meet you, Trunks” she responded but there was still lingering curiosity behind those blank eyes, she was odd but she was also polite hence why people tell her things.
”you don’t look like you’re from from this era, let me guess…mid 1980s? Early 2000s?” Vertin mused, tilting her head, racking her brain as to attempt to guess where this guy was from. She wasn’t usually so puzzled by such a thing.
”ah…close enough?” Trunks nodded, weighing the pros and cons of revealing the truth, but she seemed trustworthy, dapper, but a little strange and Trunks couldn’t risk it. “But I was just trying to go back home until a strange disaster happened like some…”
”Storm?” Vertin finished his sentence and Trunks nodded, looking at the young girl in surprise at her guess.
“Yeah…a Storm, do you know anything about that?”
“yes actually, a Storm just passed right now, I didn’t know it could merge timelines with others” she hummed and put a finger to her lips in a pensive motion, her top hat casting a shadow over her face.
”timeline? Well- yes that is sorta correct”
”say, does that mean that other people from a different timeline could come here?” Trunks asked, his face twisted into a worried expression but he shook his head and returned to a more concerned look.
”possibly, yes”
ok, the good thing is that Trunks wasn’t technically breaking the law since it was an accident but also bringing in the WHOLE timeline?! That was something to be worried about, especially if that meant the Angels or G.O.Ds.
”anything wrong?” Vertin asked
“Huh? Oh, nothing. Hey so…what is this Storm? Is it like some natural disaster? A phenomenon?” Trunks guessed and Vertin gave a small shrug of her shoulders since he technically wasn’t wrong.
”yes, The Storm is a phenomenon but its also not what you think a natural disaster is”
”you see, The Storm is a global supernatural phenomenon, it marks the end of eras and destroys everything and everyone in its path, this is why the Foundation is trying to prevent it”
her voice dies down as she looked to the horizon, the sun setting like a dampened flame about to be blown out by the night. The ocean lapping against the sand, everyone tired but relieved from their hard work now just wanting a break.
”as you can see; it worked” she added and looked back at Trunks and he gave a smile similar to 37’s when she discovered the Hoffman knot. Relieved, she was. Happy but still curious.
”I see, well, I sure hope I didn’t ruin anything” Trunks chuckled and looked back at his capsule, the words ‘Hope’ scratched onto the yellow paint like a reminder, that made Vertin smile ever so slightly.
”not at all, you’re allowed to stay but I’m sure some of my friends would like a chat with you…and whoever you came with”
”right, if it means getting a moment of rest…” he began and stifled a yawn. “I’ll be happy to oblige”
Vertin nods but her face turned into one of worry, she wasn’t one to leave someone tired even if it was a stranger. And this stranger looked…saddened.
”is anything wrong?”
“No, just tired of…everything”
a wave of melancholy washed over both of them as the sun finally sets, leaving the stars as small replacements and yet the moon shined just as brightly in the darkness.
“A lot happened…I sometimes can’t believe I let so many people slip through my fingers” Trunks muttered, sighing and sitting down on the sand, watching the twinkling stars.
“We can’t always hold onto everyone, and we can’t always beat ourselves up about it either” Vertin began, also watching the stars with a softer expression.
”storms will happen, people will be lost but the best we can do is just remember them. And move forward to the future” she places a hand on Trunks’ shoulder as a comforting gesture.
“But I’ll lose them again in the future, no? That’s why I’m here” he stated, half of him regretting the information he told her but she seemed trustworthy in a strange way almost like talking to a close friend.
”that’s exactly why you’re here, to make a better one, that’s what we all do, Trunks. Whether you realize it or not”
maybe it wouldn’t be too bad to stay here, even for a little while.
And like a tower, they both move forward.
Chapter 2: Out of Orbit
Summary:
As per requested, this is if Goku Black met Voyager :D
This is kind of a slow burn and an au where Voyager didn’t come to Earth until much later, in this au she already listened to the Golden Record, stayed around its orbit and came back when Goku Black was also reaching it, causing the two to meet.
Sorry if it’s ooc

Chapter Text
Space.
cold and empty yet so full of wonders, planets, stars, nebulas and even humanity’s own time capsules such as Sputnik, Luna 9, Venera 7 and especially; Voyager 1.
A creation of communication, an attempt to see if humanity could speak with outside worlds, with a slither of hope that they were not alone. Voyager 1 would continue to orbit, to explore the galaxy on and on, era after era, generation after generation, traveling to the very depths of the universe carrying with it humanity’s spirit of exploration and wonder. What was on it was simple:
imaging systems, radio systems, Infrared interferometer spectrometer/radiometer, ultraviolet spectrometer etc etc.
but most importantly was the Golden Record, where people from different backgrounds and languages come together for a simple thing; to make these metaphorical outsiders feel welcomed. From Akkadian to Wu, from English to Spanish.
Even if space was devoid of life, it always found a way, even if that life was spiteful to the creators of such machines.
A saiyan, a destroyer, Justice, Death and New Life all in one, piercing the darkness with a luminescent light like a rose’s petal under a limelight.
It didn’t dare to gaze back at Earth, not yet at least, he wanted a good look at this world before playing god and starting anew, for he believed that humanity hath failed and needed to start from scratch.
What he didn’t realize is the large piece of metal hovering in space, it was as large as a bus and had three stick-like legs poking out and a radio dish antenna. (This was voyager 1)
A golden circle on the side of the metal decahedron shined despite being consumed in constant darkness just like him. Curiosity and wonder, one out of love, the other out of hatred
The saiyan looked up from his curiosity, for a moment he believed he was simply staring at the void but as the legend goes.
The more you stare at the abyss, it stares back at you until it can see the life you leaded in you.
A sea of stars, a sentient nebula gently removed the golden record, feeling its grooves and staring at its own reflection.
it’s blinding, thought the saiyan, and yet he can’t seem to look away from the mass, blinking and sparkling like stars which it was. The mass shifted into a more humanoid feminine figure but it had an air of something beyond human and beyond description.
”who…” Goku Black tried to speak but the words never made it through the vacuum of space, simply a spec of dust in an attic, carried away by the nanny’s broom.
The figure held the record to their face and what an oddity! The record made a sound, her fingers dragged along the grooves, allowing the sound to flow through her stars*
“Greetings to you, whoever you are; we have good will towards you and bring peace across space” the record blurted, albeit a little distorted but still heard, the voice meaning no threat and harm, promising warmth and comfort.
The sea of stars lowers the record and she looked more…normal, she now had a round face exhibiting a warm smile and soft dark blue eyes, she seemed more canny, more human and yet he could still not shake away the feeling that she was but an imitation of one, he slowly and cautiously held onto the voyager 1 and moved closer and so did she, holding the record close to her heart and smiling at him, holding out a hand to see what he would do with it.
He stared at it first and then gently shook it, feeling the raw power from this sentient nebula just from a simple handshake, since they couldn’t communicate too much in space he couldn’t just say hello but she already had an idea.
”hello from the- -across space” she used the record to her advantage and merged two greetings together, an English voice with a Latin one followed by some music notes of piano and violin.
Goku black gave a half-smile and nodded before attempting to speak again, this time, it worked better.
”Greetings…you” he spoke and she nodded, smiling, that was a good sign of friendship. Her warm eyes widened as she turned to look behind him, her eyes full of awe at what was before her, Goku Black turned back and his smile dimmed.
Earth, what was something worth of awe to her was nothing but an annoying rock to him.
”ah…Earth” he sighed but the lady caught on and spoke in a low whisper.
”Earth…” she smiled but he frowned, lifting himself up and using the low gravity to hover. “Beautiful, isn’t it? And yet it holds so many weeds, too many” he drawled, looking back at his awe-struck friend. She leaned forward and looked at the floating rock and then at him.
”Home…?” She asked in that same whispery voice, almost too hard to hear, “no, not mine anyways” he sternly admitted. “It’s of those mortal ningen who had the gal to spit in the faces of Gods are dare them to do anything about it.” He spat bitterly but the lady was more curious about the life on this Earth he implied.
”mortals…?” She asked and gestured to voyager 1.
”yes…they did make that, they’ve created hundreds of things but destroy a thousand more. Sometimes they believe that it’s what needs to be done and ignore the tragedy around them, they can’t seem to realize the problems they create until one knocks down another and another and-“ Black rambles on but was cut off by the star-kissed touch of the lady’s hands, she seemed to be studying his face, the rosy pink hair he sported slowly faded into a jet black color.
The lady looks at him, then the voyager 1 and then Earth, Goku Black realizes that he didn’t ask for her name at all, at least not yet.
”pray tell, what is your name?”
“…”
they both stayed silent as she stared and then her lips curved into a smile and she giggled softly.
”Voy-a-ger” she sounded out.
”Voyager” he nodded and Voyager let out an inaudible laugh, tilting his head.
”pleased to meet you, I am…you may address me as Goku Black” he introduced himself as well, the two shared smiles. “Do you create?” Voyager asks and Goku Black nods.
”yes- well in a way I am. I am planning on wiping the current species infesting the Earth, humans—mortals—to make a clean slate for my utopia” he boasted with a grin, raising his hand as if holding the Earth between his grasp and then crushing it but for now it was millions of miles away. Voyager, at first, seemed curious but then she seemed a little worried, a mass extinction of a race she’s been so fond of wasn’t her favorite thing to hear from a new friend. “But you come here?”
”yes, to get away from all of them” he crossed his arms and floated along the two Voyagers, one a wondrous machine and the other a wonder. “You’ll always keep finding them” she simply spoke, her voice more clear but still whispery.
”you’ll always keep finding humanity” she added again, drifting around the other side of the voyager 1, not quite seeing him but attempting to.
”…” Goku Black stayed silent and then he asked. “But why do you care for them? You’re so far away and yet you’re in awe of what they’ve created, they could despise you for all we know”
“then why is this here?” She gestured to the voyager 1, to the Golden Record, both metaphorical hands outstretched to reach new life outside its own, to want to greet extraterrestrial life with open arms and kind words.
“This is only here because they didn’t want to feel alone in this world, because they got afraid that once they killed eachother they’ll begin to get homesick for the very hands they refused and killed” Goku Black replied, his voice a little less stern than before but still very much so.
Voyager finally lifted herself to get a better look at him, her hair defying gravity and flowing like it was in water.
“So, even knowing all of this, do you still think humans are worth saving?” He interrogated the interstellar being.
”yes”
”pray tell why?”
”because…humanity can never be completely erased, even destruction or death is part of it…destroy, create, live, die and kill”
”humans keep living, terrors…pandemics” she carried on, her words taking time to register but she kept going even with her limited vocabulary. “Disasters and more”
Voyager finally managed to keep her gaze on him and his gaze on her.
”they create art from it, heal from it and then that is where life is born”
Suddenly, space didn’t seem so quiet, the bustling stars, soaring meteors and crowds of space dust orbiting around planets.
Even Gods have that humanity in them, Goku Black thought, they destroy, create, live and kill, but he still stood by his statement although a little more.
understanding.
Soaring meteors…bustling stars…meteors, rocks, RUBBLE
Goku Black immediately pulled Voyager away from the rock’s path, gripping her arm and she gripped his, the rock just barely grazed voyager 1 but missed the two beings.
”I understand, Voyager…but this world needs fixing” he says but the lady held his hand as they both glided through the void that is space.
”everything does” she stated, simple but vague but he’ll stick with that.
The two spinned, the speed accelerating, switching from holding one hand to the other to both.
“But understand more, without life who will study the stars, who will dance among the earth?” she mused, despite being in a suffocating state of darkness it wasn’t so dim when accompanied by a friend.
”I will, Voyager” he agreed, he’ll try to understand the mortals even if he simply despises them, maybe make a different plan but he was still hell-bent on his original Zero-Mortals Plan but it could use some editing.
Drifting and hovering, dancing and floating in the silence and after a while of fun and laughter, the humans from Earth could see intertwined shooting stars both bright and fast.
The Golden Record was successful, reaching out a hand to new life and new ideas, intertwining their fingers with a gentle but firm grip and calling each other comrades.
Humanity had set their mark on stone but leaving room for other handprints on the cave wall, and after era and era, generation after generation, who knows what other life voyager 1 might come across but now was for Voyager to see this new life for herself with her new friend, a Supreme Kai opposed to this life and yet seeing new ideas and perspectives but still gazing down at what he deemed as lowly mortals.
”go home now…Zamas”
“let’s go home, Voyager”
The space between life and death is huge and empty but still shimmering with stars and it was comforting to know that these two opposing entities could know that they can both gaze at the moon or stars knowing it’ll be the same from each eye, from everyone’s eye.

* don’t ask me how the sound of the record can be heard but voices can not, it’s just plot convenience

Chapter Text
1990s, Texas. The night was quiet, slow and laidback, allowing the night owls to enjoy the serenity and allowing the dreamers to sleep their hearts out on their beds. On this quiet, beautifully lovely night, a mercenary and a thief make their presence heard and known.
The motorcycle’s wheels protested against the asphalt road, sirens blaring, street lights passing by, zooming past one by one, it was exhilarating and exciting to get hightailed by the police like in those action movies, especially when they want something from you. Her hands were tightly wrapped around the steering wheel, it was like a balancing act trying to get her bike to stand at such a speed while it sometimes did lean to one side.
On the other side of the lane was a brown Cadillac zigzagging to try and lose the chasers as well, Argus’ clenched her jaw in annoyance, seeing a new blue blood trying to communicate but she wasn’t in the right mood or time to be ‘cooperative’, she matched his speed and rolled down her window and stuck out little surprise, that surprise being a double-barreled shotgun that blew one bullet at him, causing him to lose his balance and finally back off.
”be more cooperative and GET OUTTA THE WAY!” She yelled and slammed the accelerator all the way to 300mph at a 40mph street, but in her mind it was alright because it was empty…supposedly.
Launch’s red bow fluttered in the wind, her hair being pushed back but she leaned forward on the two-wheeled vehicle like a rhino about to impale someone with its horn. She looked over her shoulder and grinned wildly and then taking a sharp turn to the right, merging with the other lane that had the Cadillac. Now it was getting a bit dicey; two policemen on bikes slowly zoned in. Launch took a glance at the driver inside the car and shared the same expression of frustration since now there might not be a way out.
There might not be a way out, fortunately unfortunate, a large, convenient deer suddenly ran past causing the two girls to swerve off the road, effectively losing the policemen and maybe even killing one with how large the Cadillac that slammed into one of them was.
(small POV switch to Launch)
My tight grip on the wheel loosened as I realized it wouldn’t be much use to hold onto it anymore, my chest heaved and my heart pounded in my ears, the blistering heat from the burning car bit at my skin.
”ah- hssssh- ow…” I whispered to myself.
come on, get up dammit! You can’t get caught now, Launch! I thought to myself until I felt a sharp tug at my top, they dragged me down behind the dark shade of a tree.
“quiet, blondie” the person spoke in a hushed voice, they were a woman with a strong build and a cowgirl-esque outfit and platinum hair, her eyes had a green hue to them with the other being scarred blind.
We hear the policemen rush by, calling eachother to search the area. “Shouldn’t we go before they catch us?” I asked, slowly getting up, ignoring the bruises on my arms and legs, I’ve had worse anyways.
This girl definitely meant business even if it was the lethal kind and I somewhat respected that.
“Just wait a sec…” she replied.
after what felt like forever, the policemen’s voices somewhat drowned out, it was now quiet…a little too quiet actually.
”glad to see I’m not the only one getting chased ‘round here” I commented in a low voice to stay hidden but the other woman scoffed and tensed up.
“Yeah, sure, I’m no criminal nor thief so don’t get all buddy-buddy, Launch” her lips sneered and twitched into a frown. Not a thief, great, so I might just get turned in after all…but I’m not going down without a fight yet.
(POV switch to Argus)
Men yelling and dogs howling and barking was no surprise around Texas, but when one of the most wanted thief comes into the picture things get complicated, should I turn her in? No. That’ll get me in some trouble too, damn cops didn’t even let me explain anything, they just see something they don’t like and shoot at it like they always do.
The voices died down and now could be a good time to just make a run for it.
”can you walk?”
”yeah, I’m f- fine…ah-” the blonde girl nodded but she stumbled through her steps, nevertheless she stood up and held onto my shoulder.
”well? C’mon! The cops aren’t gonna stop searchin’ you know!” Launch whispered with a hint of snark in her voice, this Jane was getting on my nerves a little, but now wasn’t the right damn place or time to be bickering about rude comments.
”watch it, sister…this way!” I shake the feeling off and grab her arm, stood up and began running down the hill of the road, there should be a small town nearby.
(back to 3rd person)
The two Janes then made a run for it, running down a hill was almost as fun as it was tedious, sometimes you could just merrily skip along or cautiously try to skip over trash and sharp rocks to not tumble down like a tumbleweed and end up like a bag of broken bones at the end.
Argus was the one cautiously dodging all the rocks and debris, carrying her shotgun just in case while Launch was trying to get down faster with a bruised leg while slowly getting used to the pain.
”this doesn’t look too bad, yeah?” Launch asked and Argus shrugged.
”nah, that’s a small bruise, you’ll live” she chuckled and then her expression sterned up “just down there” Argus pointed her crooked index finger at a nearby town with houses made of wood and a few windows lit up by the warm golden lights almost beckoning any tired travelers to rest and maybe spend their money on whiskey and moonshine. “Think you can make it?” She asked almost sarcastically and Launch grinned “seems easy, catch ya there!”
”wha- hey! We’re supposed to get there together! This ain’t a race!” Argus shouted at the now sprinting, miraculously healed blondie and soon followed chase, the spurs on her boots almost scraping against the rocky road.
It was almost like they were in sync, one foot after the other, what was once a sprint was now a fast jogging pace but an air of competition still lingered.
“You’re not too bad for a cowgirl” Launch stated, her grin never changing from that mischievous little devilish smile.
”and you’re not too bad for a thief” Argus shot back and they both skidded to a halt at the end of the cliff, both exchanging competitive smirks until Argus turned to the town and used the nozzle of her shotgun to scratch the back of her head.
“Well, hope you like whiskey” she quipped and gripped Launch’s hand to guide her to the town. “Whiskey? Is that all they have?” Launch asked with a bit of a pout “not really but that’s all I’m treatin’ you to, you’ve got a lot of questions to answer once we get there” Argus shot an investigative look at her, eyeing her up like a hawk would to a rat.
”questioning me now? You really are a detective, huh?” Launch chuckled and shoved her shoulder in a friendly manner.
”detective?” Argus asked, tilting her head to the side, she wasn’t too far off but it was still strange how she caught on quickly.
”yeah, I just get that sorta vibe from you, hope you don’t mind” She chuckled and turned to the town.
”alright, so the bar it is, yeah?” She asked, placing two hands on her hips as the other woman walked past her.
“Yep, just be careful, don’t look anyone in the eye for too long and don’t cause me any trouble, I don’t want a Wanted Thief to be what locks the door on my casket” Argus’ voice was sarcastic but it dripped with a threatening tone. “I won’t hesitate to lock you up instead”
Launch stayed still and held her hands up in a mock-surrender gesture, rolling her eyes. “guess we’re both a bit of a team now then, running from the cops…” she mused, trying to spark up a conversation.
”you kill anyone?” Launch asks.
”yeah, on accident, he had it coming if I’m being honest” Argus spat, gripping her shotgun tighter.
”heh, that’ll be fun to explain”
(POV switch, 3rd person)
A chime went off as the two girls entered the bar, announcing their presence, it was sorta empty with two or three guys playing poker and others simply drinking and boozing. No one seemed to notice them except the bartender.
Wanted posters lined the wall behind the bartender but somehow none of them had Launch’s face which surprised her…she was usually all left right and center in her part of town, maybe not here…
Argus turned over to her and nodded to the stools, sitting down and placing enough money for two bottles of..whatever it was that she wanted.
whisky and moonshine, a scoff escaped Launch’s lips as she took the whisky and Argus stirred her moonshine, the bartender turned a blind eye to the two wanted gals and let them to their devices.
“So, Launch, what trouble are ya in this time? Robbery? Shootin’?” Argus chided, hand lifting to chug the cool drink down her throat.
Launch’s lips curved slightly into a smug little smirk.
”hmph..well…I did steal something, only took me like seven minutes, honestly quite surprised since it was a pretty high-security spot-“
”Get to the point, will ya?!”
”okay! Okay! Jeez! I ‘took’ whatever I could get so…oh…”
a look of realization crossed her face, it almost made Argus laugh “right uh…it was all in my motorbike…shit…” she sighed and rested her elbow on the bar and rested her chin on her fist before pounding back the whisky.
”hm…seems like someone didn’t think of bringin’ a bag…or better yet, bigger pockets” Argus mocked with an even smugger smirk at her new teammate.
“Critiquin’ my fashion sense are we now?” She crossed her arms in mock offense, raising a brow.
All seriousness died down in mere seconds, small bursts of laughter erupted from the two dudettes, because of how coincidental they met, because of how time worked in strings that allowed for theirs to intertwine, and because who didn’t want to laugh over alcohol?
“So what ‘bout you? You also a thief? Or better yet, a murderer detective?” Launch tried guessing Argus’ work field, close, but spectacularly far.
“ahh..well I’m a mercenary, basically a detective but more…hand-on, y’know?”
Launch made a soft ‘oh’ sound and nodded at Argus’ explanation.
”so you basically find wanted men…and woman too I suppose?”
“yep. You’re lucky I didn’t snitch on ya…yet”
a snicker slipped through Launch’s bitten lips at her mild threat “guess I’d better be on my best behavior ‘round you” she rolled her eyes, the bar was a little more quiet except the sound of the jukebox’s playlist, maybe Gorillaz or some random jazzy tune.
”you’d better be, these eyes o’ mine catch everything, so don’t underestimate a one-eyed Jane”
She gestured at her blinded eye and ordered another moonshine, this one, she took her time on.
”I’ll be honest though…I’m too tired to even work, it’s a bit hard to ignore when the goal is havin’ a drink right next to ya…” Argus sighed, tilting her head until her hat casted a shadow over her eyes.
Launch didn’t know how to take that so she mumbled, “oh so you’d turn me in if you weren’t burnt out to a crisp? Am I that unpopular here?”
”whuddya mean?” Argus cocked a brow underneath her brimmed hat.
”I mean like, if I even show my face back in my old neighborhood, I’d be ganged up on my like half of the town…it’s a bit boring not being so wanted nowadays..” she huffed and looked down at her empty cup, brow furrowed. “Even if it’s for a buck or by a creepy old fart…”
”…” a silence passes through like a cloud of fog in a highway, suffocating but one could probably still find their way to a town or a home.
”well, newsflash” Argus broke the silence, shattered it, even.
”I want ya. And heck, maybe we could be partners, two mercs…I’ll clear up your name and we’ll be good to go” she added on and Launch was just silent, still, the gears turning in her mind and then…
She chuckled, smiled, and shrugged.
”I think we’d be better off as partners, I still wanna do my own thing…but it’s nice knowing that I got someone to pat on the shoulder here.”
“Maybe we’ll meet again on the opposite ends of the field, now that’ll be fun”
“Oh I’m sure it’ll be…I’m sure it will, Launch…you’ve got yer own Kayla to find, and you know what you need to go find her…good” Argus nodded approvingly.
A bounded kinship forged by chance and by the jaws of survival bloomed into this, hope, no matter how far a star is, someone will one day follow it.
”so, about that heist ya did…care to share the story?”
”oh you bet!”
Notes:
ITS DONE, GUYS!!!! Im actually so happy with how it turned out
So sorry for the lateness tho
School’s been beating my ass lowk
