Eddie was holding his omega’s hand, scenting him as they walked inside the party that his captain and his wife arranged for the team.
Eddie introduced his omega his team and their families.
“How did you two meet?” Athena asked holding a cup of red wine.
“I caught a thief in my bed.” Eddie replied with a smirk.
Eddie entered his house, the scent of spicy vanilla hits his nostrils, he didn’t know if he should take the bat or see who is inside his house as the scent was captivating him, intrigues to see the omega.
“Who are you and what are you doing in my bedroom?” Eddie asked as he barged inside his bedroom, seeing a sweaty omega on his bed, like he caught him in the act or something.
“I was trying to hide from the alpha who wanted to catch me, and yours happen to be in the way, but also saved me from that awful alpha.” The omega replied, while hiding something behind his back.
“What is your name, omega?” Eddie asked, sitting on the bed, trying to see what the omega is hiding and fidgeting as he moved closer to him.
“You can call me Buck, Alpha…” Buck replied, his blue bright eyes are sparkling, as he faced the alpha.
“Feisty, I love that in omegas.” Eddie said, his smile reached his eyes, sparking with joy.
He was still curious of what the omega is hiding behind his back as he caught him and release the item who fell from the bed toward the floor with a thud, rolling until it stopped and fell flat on the floor.
It was Shannon’s ring that fell on the floor, the last remembrance of her now lay on the floor. Eddie’s face shifts to sadness, remembering of her.
Buck, who seemed noticed the change, trying to distract the alpha’s attention and dared him, “What are you plans for me Alpha Feisty?” Buck asked with a grin.
Eddie knew that the omega was right, he didn’t even said his name, he closed his eyes and then opened it with a sigh and said, “My name is Eddie, Alpha Eddie.”
Eddie took something from the drawer next to the bed and cuffed the omega’s hand on the bed as he fell asleep next to the omega.
“Alpha, I need to pee.” Buck pleaded, felt that he can’t hold himself much longer.
“Just switch the cuff, you don’t need a key for it,” Eddie opened one eye and told him with slurring voice, still feeling tired, and then he added, “If you want to leave, you can go, but if you stay I can offer you the world and beyond.”
Buck nodded, found himself free of being handcuffed and then returned quickly, feeling safe as the alpha’s arms protected him from any danger that maybe lurking in the dark.
Bobby could see the spark returning to Eddie’s eyes, and glad that he finally found someone after he lost his omega, but that’s for another story.
“You should have told me, I should bring my handcuff.” Athena said with a grin, which she glanced at the omega and saw how his cheeks painted in red.
“I used mine to teach him a lesson.” Eddie said, giving a soft peck to his omega’s cheek.
“I love you.” Eddie added, targeted his mouth toward the omega’s soft lips, but instead he kissed his earlobe, causing the omega moaning quite loud in the party.
“Take a room you two.” Athena said, chuckling.
“We better not, Athena, you might not see us for a day or a week.” Eddie said, grinning, his eyes sparks as he did.
Bobby and Athena took Buck aside, and said, “We are proud of you finding a Alpha, Bucky.”
“We can wait to be grandparents.” Athena added.
Eddie could see the way that Buck grinned at him and wondered what’s more secrets the omega have under his sleeves.
