Rival gangs say he's vicious, that he'd sooner rip your throat out than let you go. Jason just wants to help him.

An old enemy reborn, or someone pretending to be him. Graffiti that can't be photographed by normal means. Bartenders disappearing without a trace. John Constantine is also there.
Danny wants nothing to do with any of it. He just wants to sell burgers and survive. Actually, he'd like to go home again, but since that isn't possible, he'll stick with burgers.
Gotham's vigilante's have other plans.
This is why Danny doesn't do favors.

Thirteen year old Etsu hasn't been given a very good run of life. Stealing chips and jello cups from a hospital just to get some food in her, she doesn't expect to stumble across the room of a five year old Shoto Todoroki. Left recovering alone from a burn scar over his eye and looking terribly sad in his too-big hospital bed, Etsu doesn't expect to spontaneously ask if he wants to come with her, either.
Now both on the streets, Etsu's determined to give Shoto the life he deserves. Because if she's going to kidnap an entire child, she's going to commit to it and get him what he needs. No matter how hard it is or how many laws she has to break. After all, she already took him-- anything that comes after is just another cherry on top.
Now, if she can just do all that without getting caught, that'd be great. And where do all these other children keep coming from?
(Or: Etsu sees Shoto Todoroki in the hospital and thinks he looks very alone. After asking if he wants to come with her, she whisks him away to raise him. It goes a lot better than you'd think. Even if she does get a couple more kids than she bargained for in the end.)

Summary
The public's faith in heroes is shaken with the retirement of the Symbol of Peace, and no one feels it more than the first year Hero Course students at UA. At the same time, leaders of the underworld grow bold to fill the niche that All For One has left seemingly unoccupied. Violence may breed more violence, but distrust and uncertainty leaves a stain that is nigh impossible to wash out. Whether Riyo has known since the beginning or not, one thing is clear. Heroes and villains have always been two different sides of the same, filthy coin.

Summary
Aizawa had enough on his plate with teaching, patrolling, and avoiding his feelings without dumping a kid with an extremely concerning Quirk on him, thank you very much. Between navigating parenthood (and denying it), avoiding confusing feelings, and fighting for a kid whose Quirk is too much for them to handle, he learns that maybe some things were just meant to be. Or weren't. Have been? Won't be?
Whatever, he's not a quantum physicist.
Basically, I wanted to see how a Quantum Quirk could conceivably fit into the world of My Hero Academia. General tomfoolery, shenanigans, and hijinks ensue.
