*Don't worry if you're not familiar with the character. I mostly worked off the dozen-ish lines referencing him in S3E21 "The Die Is Cast". You don't need to know any beta canon to appreciate the story.
(Not That You Asked: I (re)discovered Parmak after writing but before titling "Play It By Ear", and I already had the title and half the story written in my head before posting "Play It By Ear". I really vibe with this character.)
