Summary
When Merlin learned that he was a Dragonlord, he didn’t entirely know what that meant, and he obviously didn’t get enough time with his father to learn. All Merlin knew about his newfound heritage was that he was kin to dragons, and could command them.
Nothing could have prepared him for this.
