Shouto trained for years to control his ice. Encasing everything in ice whenever he sneezed, got angry or startled, or just whenever he wasn't paying attention always got him into trouble, and he's glad he finally has complete control over his right side.
Unfortunately, he can't say the same about his flames.

He pulls out one of his books and opens it. if Eijirou hadn't been looking for it- looking for a sign that this was all a joke- he would have missed the glint of mischievousness in Todoroki’s eye. "If you get dirt on it, it might fall into my eye and that would be a pain to get out.."
Eijirou doesn't know what to make of this.
