A pang of pain interrupted his thoughts, his right arm more than his pelvis and thighs. Iruma observed the sore arm for a few moments, and then brought it closer to him "It's fine" he said, in a monotone voice "It's nothing. It will pass"
Basically Iruma has bruises that he hides and the situation blows up in his face.

Not to mention his whole attire, even more sophisticated than usual, which screamed "high-ranking demon, kneel down plebs" from miles away".
