Peter tried to focus on her heartbeat, trying to decipher why Morgan would be at Oscorp without Tony or Pepper. Something had to be wrong. His spidey-sense would enhance Morgan's heartbeat whenever she got into trouble, no matter how big or how small. It would do the same with any other person, as well, but he knew Morgan's heartbeat.
Morgan was at Oscorp, alone, and something was incredibly wrong.

Morgan Stark is kidnapped by Norman Osborn. Norman is willing to return Morgan as long as Tony Stark hands over his personal intern, Peter Parker.
