Well, Balthazar found the rings and necklace Horvath stole, and he is going to train Dave. Dave plans to keep being a science nerd and romance Becky. Veronica offers to complete Drake's training, but in the Merlinian discipline. Drake reunites with a sorceress who is neither Merlinian or Morganian. Veronica and Balthazar work on their very own happily ever after, centuries in the making. And yes, Horvath is still waiting in the wings for the opportune moment to strike.
