Aerea Velaryon is her mother’s daughter in almost everything that the phrase conveys. She is headstrong, and fierce, and never forgets a slight. She is snarky, beautiful, and a dragon rider. She wants to be more than she is. Rhaenyra knows what that’s like.
Rhaenyra and Aerea are mirrors of each other. Rhaenyra side is basked in light, gleaming off of the otherworldly glow of her violet eyes and silver-gold hair. She is everything a Targaryen should be. Aerea’s side of the mirror is different. It is darker, but not dark enough to hide the blaring of her own hair. The proof of the claim that is there for everyone to see but never speak of, unless they wish to have their tongues removed.
