Summary
It’s been a year since Tim met Hawk in Taormina — a year of dates, of calling it a relationship, of becoming a couple.
Tim loves Christmas, and this will be the first he spends with Hawk instead of his family on Staten Island. He couldn’t be more excited. Except… is Hawk up to something? Or is Tim just imagining it? And why does navigating the holiday season always have to be so chaotic?

Summary
Tim’s life looks fine from the outside: steady job, reliable smile. Inside, he’s angry, drifting, and haunted.
Enter Hawk—the impossibly loud, shamelessly charming new neighbor upstairs. The kind of man who drags noise and chaos into Tim’s carefully managed life… and then drags himself right into Tim’s bed.
What starts with sleepless nights and arguments over thin walls turns into something else entirely.

"Hi," Tim says.
"Hello," replies Hawk.
And next thing you'd know, they're a gross and sloppy mess of kisses and bites. It's always like this any time they get a chance to be alone. Especially when it's been a while since they tasted each other.

Summary
Tim stirred, making a soft, tired sound from the back of his throat. “Hawk?” His voice was rough from misuse. “You okay?”
“Yes,” Hawk said. A beat and then, “I need you.” Hawk’s words were pressed out with a breathless sound, just falling short of a whine. A plea.
Tim turned in his arms, suddenly fully alert. His hand found Hawk’s face in the darkness, thumb tracing his cheekbone, soon trailing down along the stubble coated skin of his jaw until he could cup the side of his face tenderly. “You have me,” he whispered back, with that devastating simplicity that was so uniquely Tim. “You always have me.”
Their foreheads knocked together, noses bumping just as Tim lowered his hand even farther to rest it against Hawk’s rapidly beating heart. He would curl his entire fist around the organ if he could—hold it safe and sound in the palm of his hand until Hawk had become aware of how worthy he was of this—of a love so profound that it transcends everything else.

Summary
“When we get home I am going to light you up, Skippy. No, quiet. I’m speaking.” A thumb brushed over his lips firmly and Tim’s protests died with the touch. He felt the pad of Hawk’s thumb press against the fullest part of his lower lip and obediently parted his lip instinctively. He heard himself hum and waited to hear his fate.
“That’s right. My boy can be obedient when he wants to be, but not tonight, huh? That’s okay. Tonight I’m going to take my boy over my knee and show him exactly who is in charge here. We could have been out dancing all night, but instead you’ll be in a corner, with your sore, red bottom on display for me, Skippy.”

Or Tim is looking for Hawk's attention and decides to disobey him. Hawk provides his full attention in response.

Summary
For a moment Hawk marveled at the simple fact that he was alone with Tim after a year of not seeing him at all. How he had longed for him, missed him so desperately.
“I’m sorry Skip ...”, Tim’s jaw clenched, and Hawk cleared his throat to start anew. “Sorry Tim. I really am so sorry. I never got to apologize.”
“Little late don’t you think?”
“I know.”
Tim shook his head and averted his gaze to the floor. “Why did you do it Hawk?”
Why did he do it. A question for the ages.-------
It’s the first time after breaking up, that Hawk and Tim meet again. With a little persuasion from Marcus, Hawk finally makes the step to talk to Tim after a year of silence to hopefully get him back.
