Charlie raises a brow curiously, sitting up on his elbows to peer at where Noel had his hand cupped around something. "If it's another spider I'm going to make sure it ends up on your pillow tonight."
"That was one time," Noel rolls his eyes, "It's not a spider, promise." He holds his hand out more insistently, tapping it on top of Charlie's knuckles.
Despite his reservations, Charlie opens his palm flat, expecting something unpleasant and instead feeling a metal weight hitting his palm.
"Why are you giving me this?" He asks curiously, seeing that now curled in his palm was Noel's dog tags. Their shape was familiar as his own, it feels like just yesterday they'd received them.
"I want you to have them," Noel says seriously, and Charlie looks at him with surprise.

Arthur could almost laugh. He knows what he'll see if he turns his head. The King would show him Parker as he'd known him, or even worse Parker after he died. He still didn't remember his death, a cruelty unimaginable. If his body had been the one to kill his best friend, he deserves to know how it happened.

Ignoring the visions doesn't always work, but Arthur fears if he answers it might actually break him. He knows how the rest of the memory goes.
