Summary
After the war with the Decay of Angels is over, Ranpo is the one chosen to join the Port Mafia. He's teamed up with Chūya to uncover a decade's long PM infiltration and to take down the enemies within other underground organizations. Ranpo never expected to not only learn more about what he's capable of as a detective, but to also learn of his past and what really happened to his parents--and how deeply they themselves were tied to what's lurking in the underbelly of Yokohama.
Though this is very largely Ranpo's story (and ever since Ranpo and Chūya went into Poe's book, I've been obsessed with wanting to know what went on in there between them), it transformed into something much bigger. The Agency is dealing with the aftermath of the DOA; many young children lost their parents and there are citizens who are still weary of the ADA's true intentions. Atsushi and Akutagawa created their singularity to defeat Fyodor (though his actual demise is still a big question mark) and are trying to figure out what this truly means for them. A new threatening foreign ability user has entered Ango's radar. Sigma has *years* worth of Fyodor's memories he needs to get off his chest.

Summary
After the Evil Entity was destroyed. A new universe where all it’s evil never existed, took its place. Mystery Inc. finds themselves dumped into this strange and happy universe where nothing hurts and everything’s alright but, the Mystery Gang finds themselves out of place in this strangely happy universe, after all, the only lives they have ever lived was in the original universe, where evil flourished. They have no memories of this happy world. They might be able to sit back and laugh with parents who were never really good parents in the first place, dead friends, and former enemies turned good, but they could never forget.

Now, they must traverse through the struggles the king himself sailed into, while also trying to keep a full boat of people alive and sane.
Not to mention, eyes are everywhere, watching the two unusual demi-gods like it's the best show since Heracles busts heads.
