Summary
After a bad reveal, Danny is captured by his parents and the GIW. Many years of experiments later, Nocturn and Clockwork find and take him away, putting him in a world where he can heal.
But he's de-aged. And he's in a facility where a rescue is happening. And the heroes and original rescued victim are feeling guilty for not knowing about his existence all together.
Oh! And don't forget the absolute king of panic attacks at the sight of the color white!

Funniest guy I’ve ever met.” And then they’d probably laugh and recite some odd story of a funny face he made or a poorly timed joke that had everyone doing the ol’ knee slap and cackle. “He’s fun to be around!” Some would say. “I’m sure all the ladies love his sense of humor!” Others would call out. And they’d all surround him with smiles and pats on his back, laughing with him.
But mainly laughing at him.
Well, all except the one and only Ken Takakura.
Or, in which Jiji is deluded that he needs people to like his funny side for people to want to be around him, and when Okarun refuses to laugh at anything Jiji says, well, let's say... he starts to freak out.

After he had climbed down into hell with Steve Harrington and a gaggle of children to light up the dark in flames. After sharing a tender kiss with that same boy as he tended his wounds in the aftermath.
