When Felix runs the edge of his thumb across the surface, it feels exactly the same temperature as the skin of Sylvain’s hand—as though, in the short amount of time it’s been in Sylvain’s possession, the metal has already become just another part of him. “You slept with it on."

“Do you want to tell everyone?” comes Jeremy’s voice all of a sudden.
Jean turns to face him. “What?”
“I just mean—” Jeremy shakes his head. “We don’t have to, like, make it a big deal. I mean, obviously Cat and Laila are going to find out pretty quickly either way, and they should be the first ones to know from our mutual friends regardless. But for the rest of them…” Jeremy trails off, his smile easy as it stretches east to west across the bottom half of his face. He is so beautiful, Jean thinks hopelessly, endlessly.
Jean and Jeremy attempt to keep their new relationship private.

"Jeremy, what are you talking about? We are having entirely separate conversations.” Something fearful clings to the man’s words, but determination flashes on his features as he straightens up. “I’m worried your concussion is worse than any of us thought. Slow down, please?”
Concussion? Jeremy squints at him. “I don’t have a concussion,” he says suspiciously, head throbbing inconveniently as if to dispute the very idea.
Gray eyes blink in confusion. Good. At least Jeremy’s not alone in his perplexity. “Yes, you do.”
“I think I’d remember that.”
The man swears in French before saying, “I think the problem here is that you do not, obviously. We need to go to the hospital.”
When Jeremy loses over a decade of memory overnight, Jean's entire universe threatens to collapse.

Summary
Neil has some information on Andrew in his binder already, but not much, and it's still mostly centered around Kevin; it also carries the distinct clinging of his life before, back when he was on the run, and Andrew's the one who told him to stay.
While a binder isn't a bad idea, that one seems like the wrong one, which is how Neil comes to the conclusion to just get another.
(Or, Neil revisits an old hobby.)

“History,” Andrew hisses with mocking vitriol, cursing the moment he met Kevin Day. He grips Jean’s hair and yanks on it until he can clearly see the marks on Jean’s neck. Up close, he can see the unmistakable indents of teeth marks.
The trial. The lawyer displaying images on a projector screen. Andrew’s neck, pale and lined with bruises.

Summary
According to the team, Andrew is currently losing a custody battle for Neil against a sport invented by the mafia.
It’s a running joke in the locker room: Neil cares about Exy, and then, distant second, he cares about breathing. Andrew is somewhere on the list, probably below the new backliner spread Kevin found.
Andrew doesn't bother correcting them. He knows the difference between a distraction and a destination. He knows Neil runs until his lungs burn to keep the ghosts quiet, but he also knows exactly whose bed Neil crawls into when the adrenaline fades.
(Or: 5 times the team thought Neil loved the sport more than the goalkeeper, and one time Neil made the hierarchy terrifyingly clear.)

“Okay,” says Jeremy softly. “Is there anything, ah, good? Positive? That would help you in there?”
Jean looks pained. “Yes, but I cannot ask that of you.”
Jeremy stares at him. Then he realizes what Jean means.

“You’re fucked up here,” Andrew says, prodding at the base of Neil’s skull with his pointer finger.

Andrew rolls his eyes. “I hate you.”
Neil had heard somewhere of a sensation felt by amputee patients. Phantom limb. Is that what they called it? Is that what it would feel like for Neil? Would he still feel the cold ghost of Andrew at his side only to reach out and wrap his arms around nothing?
It's Andrew and Neil's last summer together before Andrew goes pro. Neil desperately searches for something to fill him in Andrew's absence.

The messenger left Ingrid to ponder over the letter. She chewed her lip as she read over the details. It was a long time coming. Dimitri and Byleth had danced around each other for the better part of a decade and Ingrid had never known someone to look so happy as Dimitri did when he looked at Byleth. Still, the pit in her stomach did not disappear.
As the days draw closer to the royal wedding, Ingrid thinks about the life she built for herself. She thinks about Dorothea and what could have been.

He presses his whole body against Katsuki’s, holds him there, forcing his back against the other floor buttons. He kisses the corner of Katsuki’s mouth before going down to kiss at his neck.
Katsuki’s whole body thrums with the feeling of him, heat buzzing under his skin. He feels tipsy all over again—laughs out loud.
or: Katsuki wants to have and to be the best in everything. He doesn’t see why sex should be any different.
