The healing process of Klavier's new piercings had been, surprisingly, quite uneventful—save for the few times it was so uneventful that Klavier forgot he even had them and in turn, caused them more pain than they really warranted.
Klavier's piercings are finally fully healed when he and Apollo find themselves making out on Klavier's couch. How might Apollo deal with the newfound possibilities?

Summary
As the crowd jostled together, Klavier was knocked back against the man's chest and quickly righted himself with what seemed like a jovial apology. The tall man smirked and steadied him with a single hand and Klavier rolled his eyes playfully, still talking as he returned to moving along to the beat.
"You were saying?" Ema asked, raising an eyebrow over her drink.
Against his better judgement, Apollo felt something hot and ugly rear its head inside of him. He hesitated before replying, "He's like that with everyone."

They fell into a routine after that, though Apollo would not admit it was a routine. To admit it was a routine would be to admit it was still happening, and would continue to happen until Klavier got bored of him. So, he told himself every time that it wasn’t going to be a thing. Post-case celebration drinks would just be post-case celebration drinks. Dropping off a file at the Prosecutor’s Office would just be dropping off a file at the Prosecutor’s Office. Late night coffee would just be late night coffee. The fact that every time they were alone together he ended up with Klavier’s fingers inside him was just- coincidence. Happenstance. These were all regular social and professional events which he arrived at, for no real reason, fully douched.
Or: Apollo needs some distraction after Clay's death, and Klavier's more than happy to help out.
