Summary
El, a university student in Florida, decided to take a summer road trip to California, to see the Hollywood sign, go to Disney Land, and just be a tourist. Unfortunately for El, things don't quite go as planned when a dimensional rift opens at the worst (or maybe best) possible time. El is then transported 12 years in the past to a world of heroes. What now? El must decide how much to interfere with the known timeline in order to save this universe from the great tragedy to come.

Al is just jumping between reality’s like one fully benevolent interpretation and one that’s supposedly cannon ?
Al is testing if he can stay in one world longer by not sleeping- yes he can and it doesn’t effect time in the other world
He is teaching Lilith how to human and how consent works
Alastor is disgruntled about the fact he can’t even think of sin
Father world already has hell
8 — Alastair reaches out to hell and talks to Lucifer and gets told no by god
11 — god made the exorcist to protect Lilith and Alastor
13 — Alastair makes fire and father Lucifer has snuck into edin
14 -- Alastor invented cloths and weapons and scared mother now he's tricked her to show him where the forbidden fruit is
