Jiyong walked closer, kneeling beside the bed. The scent of Seonwook —soap, clean sweat, and the faint, industrial smell of the police station— washed over him like a drug. It was intoxicating.
He reached out, his gloved hand hovering a mere centimeter above Seonwook’s forehead. He wanted to touch him. He wanted to dig his fingers into Seonwook’s short, soft hair and press his lips against that exposed throat until he left dark, indelible marks that the uniform shirt could never hide.
But not yet.
