Summary
Nigel is trying to make the most of his second chance when he meets Adam at the club he owns with Darko. He falls head over heels for the kid, but Adam is in a relationship with Beth and, in this life, Nigel will take what he is given. After helping Adam through his breakup Nigel decides that he won’t do anything about his feelings. Plus, he hasn’t told his star what he does for work yet, and he is sure Adam would never speak to him again if he did. It's just his luck that Adam finds out.

Nigel stares at the profile picture for a solid minute before jerking his thumb across the screen. Smug satisfaction warms his belly at the immediate pop-up message: It’s a match! and he doesn’t hesitate to click on the chat icon. He does mull over what to type out once the blank screen is presented to him. It must be something enough to stand apart from the flood of messages this particular fox no doubt receives; enough to warrant a response back.
