They say they want to help him be free and get the happy ending they deserve, but who knows. He's been burned by disembodied voices before.

Summary
The average CRT Television can hold onto stored electricity for an indeterminate amount of time depending on their make and model. But time moves differently in the dark world. It can take longer for the effects of the light world on the darkner's true form to fully take effect.
A year after being unplugged, Tenna reminisces on what he misses most, left in a box with his world becoming darker than ever. At least one old codger is still in his corner.
