T-this isn't real!” He stammered, his voice choked and shaky. Caul laughed in amusement, his smile turning into a smirk as he leaned towards Jacob's ear.
“You failed them, Jacob” Caul whispered menacingly. A shiver ran down Jacob's spine, his breathing quickened as Caul lowered down towards the crook of his neck, Caul's hands gripping Jacob's arms bruisngly tight, his nails that were as sharp as a bird's talons dug into his skin, drawing blood.
He felt Caul's teeth sink into his skin, and he let out a bloodcurdling scream, and everything turned black.
