Summary
Grian remembers Doc's late, now undead Came Back Wrong husband Ren[bob]dog, and figures he and Scar should probably like.. rescue him. Scar may or may not have also known, but a lot has happened in the past months and the author doesn't remember.
That's not really important.
Cub is still adjusting to the new dynamic, frusterated by everything that seems to get in the way of the three of them existing in normal lives.
Scar has given up on finding closure, but new tidbits of information about the origin of his prosthetics are making it even harder to aggressively accept life as he knows it. He intends to put these 'lies' to rest in order to avoid confronting what it would mean for him if it was all true.
Grian.. Like, all things considered, she's doing pretty well. In therapy, recovering from toxic codependancy, taking her meds.. All the same problems are still there, but she's better than she's ever been despite it all.
