Summary
In rehab, they told him that cravings were normal. You were supposed to recognize them when they happened, accept them, and work on distraction and coping techniques. If all else failed, finding something else to fill the cravings was always an option. Langdon considered nicotine, caffeine, exercise, and finally landed on candy as his new vice of choice.
Mel King, however, was a million times better than any of those.
