Summary
Most MHL fans knew who Troy Barrett was. Played for Toronto, one of the best right wings in the league, and an absolute asshole who was best friends with Dallas Kent. He could chirp and scrap with the best of them, and nearly anyone who heard him speak would agree he deserved to get punched as often as he did. Typically quiet, handsome enough it was hard to hate him. That was how he was known, and how he had been known since he joined the league. Then there were some videos released. Then there was a rather strong shift in public perception, and a massive amount of confusion.

Summary
Of all the decisions Reid made for Shane and Ilya's wedding, I couldn't get past our social media savant, Harris Drover, playing Rihanna's 2012 hit single "Diamonds" for the first dance. This fic fills the hole in my heart with five better song choices and an acceptable explanation for the travesty that actually occurred.

Summary
The NHL keeps a Central Registry of every team’s Emergency Backup Goaltender, or EBUG, an individual who must be prepared to play for either the home or visiting team should both goalies be taken out of commission. When the Registry was digitized in the mid 90’s a clerical error was made, and David Hollander has remained on file as Montreal’s EBUG. When Boston plays a preseason game in Montreal at the beginning of the 2017/2018 season, both of their goalies are taken out and David Hollander suddenly finds himself in the net in Boston black and yellow.

Summary
Shane and Ilya sometimes talk after sex, sometimes they talk before. That’s normal. It’s fine it doesn’t mean anything. It’s fun to talk to someone who has the same opinions on hockey as they do, and it’s fun to share the team gossip with someone whose probably not going to leak it, right?
Or; 3 times when the Hollanov Gossip session after sex lead to on ice consequences (see: chirping) and it confused everyone but was harmless and the 2 times it was mean, because they deserve it as a treat. And the once (1) it becomes a fight
So more like a 3+2+1, not a 5+1
