Izuku realized he wasn't dreaming. He felt pain. So he wasn't dead. He was really a 14 year old again, except he also had tits and needed to worry about pregnancy.
He had really just gotten his brains fucked out by both the Sludge Villain and All Might. Fuck! He had just been sent back in time and he was already messing everything up! He didn't even know what gift he had been given. Words popped up in his vision.
Apparently, he had the horny version of All for One now. Copying and maybe stealing quirks with sex. God or that weird Limbo entity thought that giving Izuku an ability based around his fucked up dub-con kink was a good idea! Somehow, not having enough good shit happen to him in his past life gave him the unholy combo of his father's quirk and sex pheromones. How!?
He wasn't qualified to save the world and kill his sperm donor again, but better this time. He had rape and murder fantasies. He was kinda a yandere. And his ideal murder was ripping off someone's head and shoving it in a blender. It was going to be a miracle if he didn’t kill someone with his yandere instincts going wild, considering everyone he loved died in the last timeline. This could really only end in disaster.
