Summary
Jason Todd is obeying the rules. He keeps the family updated on his open files. He backs up the other heroes when called. He keeps his coms open and his trackers on. And most importantly, he doesn't kill inside Gotham's city limits. It's not even that he's bending his morals just to get along with the other Bats. Though that's a nice bonus. Jason is genuinely trying to heal and slaughtering criminals, as often as he's tempted, is generally not something a healthy young adult does.
But some cases are enough to push Jason over the edge.
When Jason takes on the protection of an abused woman who's hired Bloodsport to kill her mob-affiliated ex, he knows he's going to be in direct conflict with Batman, who's trying to bring the woman in for conspiracy to commit murder. Cut off from the bats, allied with Robert Dubois, and fending off the Falcones, Jason is willing to give up everything to protect the hurting family. Even if that means breaking everything he's worked so hard to build.

Summary
Jason Todd is really good at his job. He's not so good at... well... being good.
Instead of surviving on the streets, Jason finds himself trafficked to Two-Face's gang, where his small size and breaking and entering skills keep him valuable. Three years later, with all his escape attempts frustrated and his future looking bleak, Jason is hand-picked for a suicide mission into Cadmus. Jason could maybe figure out a way out if it were just him. Maybe. But now Batman is shot and cuffed in his cell, and things just got much more complicated.
TLDR: Jason Todd is a twelve-year-old criminal genius, which leads to him getting adopted last of the Wayne brood.

Summary
At the end of the narrow alley, Willis stood, flat-palmed against the wall by a remarkably clean dumpster.
“You weren’t supposed to see me,” he snapped, turning around to face them.
“What the fuck,” Jason took a step back, and Dick put one hand on his back in an effort to steady him. “What is popping up outa of the grave a family trait? Did you pass on the zombie gene or something?”
“You aren’t the one I’m looking for. Do yourself a favor and get out of here before it's too late.”
...
In one universe, Willis Todd died in jail, and Bruce Wayne adopted his abandoned son.
In another universe, Willis Todd was experimented on in a secret Cadmus project while in prison. Once free, he sued for restitution and the custody of his fifteen-year-old son before beating him to death in a drunken rage. In this reality, Willis will stop at nothing to get a second chance. Even if it means using his newfound meta powers to search a thousand universes for an innocent and undamaged version of the boy he lost.
The Jason Todd of one universe and the Willis Todd of another, are bound to collide.

Jason is sure he doesn't need anyone. But maybe Roy Harper, held captive in a Quraci prison, might. And maybe Jason and Koriand'r might be the only people willing to come to his aid.
Despite Jason's best efforts to avoid humanity, the Outlaws are formed.

Summary
“You learned to fight from your Father,” Bruce started to explain, ignoring how Jason’s smirk immediately turned into a scowl again. “Willis worked as a hired gun, he fought in underground rings, and he got into street brawls. He taught you to fight the way he knew how. But as one of Two-Face’s men, Willis would have been shot in the head if he ran from a fight. He couldn't afford to not hold his ground. You are not my hired gun.” The look Bruce gave Jason was almost affectionate. “You are my son. And when you go into any battle, your primary objective will always be safety before anything else. Robin will always have backup.”

Or, an exploration through fiction of how Jason fights and why.

Summary
“It’s okay, sport,” Bruce said, lifting Jason like an oversized infant as Stephanie opened the door for him. “We’re going to get you somewhere safe. This is my job.”
Tim’s face split into a wondering little grin. “Oh yeah. You help people.”
Bruce smiled and shifted Jason’s weight in an effort to make him more comfortable. Loosened his grip a little.
“See, boy,” Tim stood on the seat and leaned over Bruce’s shoulder with a familiarity that seemed out of place. He reached down and patted Jason’s cheek with his flat hand like he was attempting to comfort a pet. “See. They are good guys. I told you.”

Summary
A knock at the door made Bruce jump.
“Master Bruce. I have Gotham General Hospital on the line for you.” Alfred's voice rang out. “You'll want to take this.”
Bruce hesitated. The hospital? Who was out? Who would they be calling about?
He pulled open the door and stopped cold at the look on Alfred's face. The man's lips were tight. His eyes wide. “Sir,” he said. “It's Master Jason. He's been in an accident.”
“He's okay. All things considered. They won't give me details because I'm not legally family, but they did tell me it's a miracle he survived and was able to walk away.
But, Master Bruce…”The relief that loosened the knot in Bruce's chest dissipated just as fast. If Jason was in the hospital… if they had called Bruce. That meant they had identified him.
...
On a visit home, Jason Todd gets in an accident and is rushed to the hospital. The accident is the least of his problems. Jason's identity is confirmed, leaked, and picked up by an old enemy from the League. One who very much wants Jason dead, and will keep sending hitmen until he gets what he wants.

Summary
“It’s me, Dick. I hurt you,” Jason shuddered. “They gave you the drug, but I’m the one who caused you pain.”
Dick shook his head. “That’s not…”
“It is,” Jason said. “I'm the one who hurt you, Dick. Me. The panic attacks you're having should have been MINE. The nightmares, the flashbacks, all those stupid questions constantly spinning in your head should be in mine. You've got enough shit of your own, and I went and burdened you with mine. You're my victim too.”
Dick jolted to his feet. “Stop. That's not true. It's not and you know it.”
“Really?” Jason's voice stayed low and tight. “Is that so? So tell me, Dick. How does this shit make you feel?” With one smooth yank, he pulled the crowbar from its holster on his back and tossed it at Dick's feet.

Summary
Tim had panic attacks before. He had severe anxiety. Of course, he’d had them. He had actually gotten pretty good at knowing what the feeling was and diverting the bulk of them with multiple calming techniques he had researched and practiced to an art.
Not that he would claim to be a paragon of mental health. It was probably BECAUSE his mental health was so notoriously bad that he had so many tools in his toolbox box so to speak.
This, however, was not a panic attack.
...
Tim's housesitting the Manor for the weekend and alone. He's used to being alone. It shouldn't be an issue... but it is. Then Tim starts sniffling, and for some reason his brain is not so happy with the idea of being home alone and sick. So it goes blank.
A panicked call to Jason leads to several theories, a bowl of chicken soup, and some realizations about what life after trauma looks like.
