“Don’t lie to me.” Pedri was raising his voice now; he couldn’t hold back his tears any longer, so he let them fall.
“If you actually cared about me, you would have talked to me; you would have told me before even deciding to leave Barcelona. Not showing up at my door all wet and drunk when everything is over.”

"We're taking care of your boy here," Eric said then, ruffling Pedri's hair. Pedri pouted and swatted Eric's hands way, trying to make sense of his wet hair.
"'m not his boy," he muttered, although without much conviction. He looked directly at Ferran through the screen, a look exchanged between them.
Dani sighed. "Thought this was going to be a group call. Don't do that."
"Not doing anything," Ferran said, and smiled at Pedri.
"You just did that again!" Eric protested.

Una semana después de que Ferran se marche a París, Rodri encuentra por accidente una carta escondida en el antiguo dormitorio de su compañero.
Está dirigida a Pedri.
No debería leerla. Tampoco debería llevársela. Pero después de descubrir que Ferran llevaba más de un año enamorado de su mejor amigo, Rodri no puede evitar preguntarse por qué nunca llegó a entregársela.
Así que una noche aparece en casa de Pedri con un sobre entre las manos y una verdad que quizá debería haber llegado mucho antes.
Porque Ferran se ha ido a París creyendo que ha dejado atrás sus sentimientos.
Y Pedri acaba de descubrir que quizá nunca fueron unilaterales.
Una carta. Una llamada a cientos de kilómetros de distancia. Y dos personas intentando entender qué hacer con algo que llevan demasiado tiempo sintiendo.
Quizá llegar tarde no significa que sea demasiado tarde.
