Summary
Just a little fic that that's based on the canon dialogue that occurs between the female Dragonborn (Aria), and Serana after Serana has been cured of vampirism. Takes place after the defeat of Harkon when Serana and the dragonborn are seeing each other for the first time post cure.
I basically wrote this because the in game conversation left me with so many feelings!! I just had to write them. Not quite a romance but the feelings in the wake of a lack of romance if you will.
Also Farkas and Aria are huge bros because I just love Farkas and he's a big hearted, big muscled idiot in the best way possible.

It takes Kara’s brain a couple of seconds to catch up, almost like a reboot. It’s like everything screeches to a halt, and there’s nothing but a low buzzing in her ears and on her skin and in her head. She finally manages to look up from Lena’s – from her collarbone, okay, Lena’s collarbone is just looking very attractive today – and into her eyes. Actually, she doesn’t think that’s much better. Now she’s just staring at that.
“I can – what?”
“You can touch,” Lena repeats, and is Kara having a stroke? Is she dreaming?

Summary
Lillian escapes custody just as Lena's figured out who Kara is and kissed her all at the same time. As plots unfold and plans unravel, it's the worst time for Kara to have feelings for Lena Luthor as it becomes unclear if she can even be trusted or not. Everyone says not, but Kara's gut wants to tell her otherwise. As Lillian's plot tries to pull them all under, Lena is dragged into it more than she ever wanted to be.

It’s not like Kara deliberately sets out to make her life harder than it should be. It’s not her fault that she’s excitable, okay, and she forgets things sometimes and maybe those things should not be forgotten under any circumstances. Maybe those things include, well, housing forms, which as it turns out are super important to submit on time if she wants to not be homeless on her sophomore year of college.
Her sister’s going to give her so much crap about this.
Alternatively: in which Kara forgot to fill out the housing form and was left with no choice but to live in the most exclusive apartment on campus.
