Buck was a SEAL who's serve was classified/cover-upped due to a Clusterfuck. One entry has him being in Reserve limbo because the Navy does not want to let him go. However, since his enlistment/service is unknown, it hard for him to keep up with the training unless he does detailed planning.
One of the few Buck/Tommy fics that is set in canon that I don't dislike. (Mostly read that pairing if how they got together does not follow canon.)
