Until someone got a lucky shot with a brand new, and extra nasty weapon that left Danny fighting not to just retreat into his core.
Good thing Frostbite told him about a way to condense himself to save energy and heal. Sure, making himself shrink is a little weird, but as long as it gets the job done, right? A quick portal jump and he'll be home and can just rest and relax until he's strong enough to go back to normal.

Summary
During the first encounter with Sukuna, Yuuji's suppressants are purged from his system and they are both thrown into heat. After a thousand years with no contact at all, Sukuna isn't upset to find a powerful alpha within reaching distance. Megumi always knew his type of crazy was going to get him into trouble one day and Yuuji has no complaints about this development.
Or the story where I play up Sukuna's possessive tendencies and tone down the sadism, then build a pack around the simple fact no one screws with what's his except for him.

Summary
As a general rule, Bruce believed time, space, and dimension were not to be messed with. However, in this case seeing as an alternate universe’s Batman had come to their universe with the intention of killing him, replacing him, and tearing down their Justice League from the inside so his Justice League could implement their own brand of justice on as many universes as possible, it seemed like a problem best not left to fate.
“I say we take the fight to them,” Hal said. “If they want to go around messing with our dimension, then fucking up theirs is fair game.”
“Play on their home turf? No way,” Barry said. “They’re bound to realize their plan didn’t work eventually and then they’ll have to bring the fight to us.”
“And who knows how many other unsuspecting civilians that may be caught in the crossfire of their attack,” Clark said.
“I say we find out everything this imposter knows and then face them head on,” Diana said.
“Oh please, if that doesn’t work on our Batman, there’s no way it works on evil Batman,” Oliver said.
“Bruce?” Clark asked.
“It was a good plan,” Bruce said.
