Izuku couldn’t help but feel a twisting in the pit of his stomach as he walked up to his now brother in all but blood’s side. The Quirk that Tomura was now clearly using as his own had previously been held by the man that was now just a pile of dust at their feet. Tomura had used a Quirk just like the man that had nearly killed his mentor All Might centuries from now.
Tomura had All for One’s Quirk and Izuku himself held One for All. Two brothers at the Dawn of Quirks. “Shit.”

Izuku and Tomura's meeting at the mall ends with them roughly two centuries in the past. They realize how screwed they are and latch on to one another only to later realize they are the two brothers from the story their mentors told them. Except they aren't. Brothers at least. All for One is Izuku's father after all. Yeah this is going to be awkward to explain now that they are back in their own old (younger) bodies back where everything began.
