Summary
Fushiguro Megumi has never really been one for romance. Sure, he’d occasionally find some aspect of comfort in a sappy movie his family forced him to watch with them (he will never admit this out loud and instead maintains the proud disposition of honorary tissue passer) but never truly gave the concept much thought or care in his own life. However, one unassuming sunny day on the Hawaiian island of O’ahu suddenly turns Megumi’s sure and sound reality on its head, and quicker than he can yelp “papaya!” he’s being whirled around and sucked into the blindingly bright and irritatingly endearing whirlpool that is the existence of Itadori Yuuji.

Summary
There’s a new web-slinging superhero in Tokyo, but as far as Megumi’s concerned, it isn't worth dwelling on.
He has no time to dwell on anything, really, between starting life at Jujutsu College and struggling with everything from increasing amounts of homework to dealing with a ragtag group of nosy friends, an overbearing father figure, a steadily worsening caffeine addiction, a bizarre amount of stalking, supervillains attacking the city, and a roommate whose smile is a bit too captivating.
On top of that, there’s probably something up with Itadori. But Megumi doesn’t want to think about his new roommate and best friend too much— well, more than he does already.
